There are three main components to the program as outlined below.

  • Weekly Modules

    There are a total of six modules which will be released to you weekly. You will receive the first module on the launch date of the program. Every Monday following, a new module will be released until you have received all 6 modules. You work through each module at your own pace. The modules consist of easy-to-follow videos, audios, slides, and worksheets. The knowledge that you learn will be useful for your entire life!

  • Self-Work

    In addition to each module, there will be self-work assignments for you to do on your own in order to apply what you've learned to yourself on a more individual level. It is important for your success with this program to do your self-work. I designed the program so that you can get results doing it at your own pace, while putting in the amount of time that is right for you. I estimate that you will need approximately 1-2 hours in total each week to complete both the weekly module and self-work.
